Thinking about majoring in Chemistry?

Here is a list of the classes required by the Department of Chemistry for the Honours in Chemistry and the 20-credit Major in Chemistry programs. Both programs are accredited by the Canadian Society for Chemistry (CSC).

If you are unable to meet these guidelines, or if you are in doubt, refer to your assigned academic advisor! Guidelines for other chemistry degree programs (combined honours, double major, 15-credit concentration) are also available and can be discussed with your academic advisor. The co-op program can accompany the 20 credit honours, and the 20 credit major degrees.
